I don't know if 3.3.2 is still available, but wouldn't be this part better?

I've updated the notes along these lines, stating that 3.3 remains the version in general release, but noting that 4.22 is available.

Updated information about Google Cloud Armor's CRS version availability. Added note about version 4.22 being in preview mode and general release remaining on 3.3
